A little about us, The Place Portland Team
We are a women owned and run Real Estate Team based out of Portland, OR and serve in and around the surrounding areas of the metro. We have built a reputation as trusted experts, putting our negotiation skills, tenacity, and expertise to work for our clients. Whether you are looking for a dream property or selling your home, everyone is committed to giving you five-star service and making the experience a pleasure. Some fun facts about us:
The three of us have A LOT in common. We are all avid dog lovers (check out cute dogs below). You'll often find us with friends and family, cooking great dinners, going out to one of Portland many fantastic restaurants, traveling and enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities the area has to offer. While we each have our own personalities and styles, we consider each other great friends and together make a great team. If you ever want to get to know us a little better, we have monthly happy hours open to all who want to attend and hang out!
Amy Walsh
Is a Principal Real Estate Broker licensed in both Oregon and Washington and is the owner of the Place Portland Team. It is important for her to be involved in homeownership advocacy at all levels so she is also on the Board of Directors for the State of Oregon and the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors. She is passionate about helping people build opportunity and wealth through owning Real Estate and has the honor of holding the designation of 'preferred Realtor' for the Portland Housing Center.
Kristine Orlandi
Is a Real Estate Broker licensed in Oregon and a professional real estate advisor. Her focus is on client satisfaction. Her business is all about service and she is not happy until you are happy. Her years in the business have provided her with the experience to assist you with nearly every real estate need. Whether it's finding a home, finding the best loan, or helping you get the most out of selling your home she am here to guide you. If there is anything you need, please let her know.
Margo Myers
Is a Real Estate Broker licensed in Oregon and is the Director of Client Services for the Place Portland Team. She is a native Oregonian and has a deep understanding of the unique charm that Portland offers and what makes this state truly special. With a foundation built on extensive customer service experience, she understand the importance of clear communication and a personalized approach. Buying or selling a home is a significant life event, and she is committed to providing you with the support and guidance needed to navigate the real estate process seamlessly.
